- On-demand services: Additional coordinated services provided with separate estimates, performed by vetted providers.
3. Membership
- Duration: 12 months from payment confirmation.
- Renewal: Automatic 12-month renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date. 30 days' advance notice is provided.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All fees are quoted in EUR, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods: Stripe and bank transfer.
- Membership fees are charged upfront for the full 12-month term.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Money-Back Guarantee
Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from the contract date. A voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies provided the initial boat check has not yet taken place. Services started during the withdrawal period with your consent terminate the right of withdrawal upon completion. Refunds are processed within 21 days.
6. On-Demand Service Booking and Payment
Estimate deviations: Minor deviations of up to 10% of the original total or under €100 are permitted without prior approval, provided they are reported to Reboated immediately. Larger deviations require advance written approval.
Payment process: Upon approval of an estimate, a 50% downpayment is due. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days after job approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom payment terms may be arranged by mutual consent. Payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer.
6a. Non-Payment and Payment Terms
Non-payment may result in service suspension, late fees, collection proceedings, and referral to a third-party debt collection agency. Customers bear reasonable recovery costs. Custom payment schedules agreed in advance override default deadlines once confirmed in writing.
7. Service Completion and Approval
Customers have 5 business days to approve completed work or report issues. If no response is received, Reboated evaluates whether the work meets quality standards. Unsatisfactory work must be redone by the provider at no cost to the customer. Unforeseen additional costs require advance approval.
8. Liability
Reboated coordinates services but does not physically perform them. Responsibility for service execution rests with the assigned provider. Reboated's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
Customers must provide vessel access and reasonable cooperation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. Platform abuse, fraudulent claims, or direct contact with providers to bypass Reboated are grounds for immediate membership termination without refund. Reboated is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

- Deliver services professionally and in compliance with applicable legal and safety standards.
- Maintain valid liability insurance and provide annual proof of coverage.
- Manage personal tax obligations in the provider's jurisdiction.
4. Payment Structure for On-Demand Services

Final payment phase: After completion and customer approval, Reboated collects the remaining balance and pays the provider within 10 business days of receipt, or within 15 business days of service approval if payment is delayed. Reboated may advance up to €2,500 per job, with the remainder due upon customer settlement. Commission is deducted from both phases.
5. Approval Process
Customers have 5 business days to approve work after notification. If no response is received, Reboated evaluates whether the work meets quality standards. Work that does not meet standards may require the provider to redo it at their own cost. Additional expenses require advance approval.
6. Deviation from Estimates
Providers must adhere to approved estimates. Unforeseen technical issues allow deviations of up to 10% of the original total or under €100 without prior written approval, provided the deviation is immediately documented and communicated to Reboated. Larger deviations require Reboated's written approval followed by customer confirmation. No additional charges may be passed to the customer without approval. Reboated may reject unauthorised charges exceeding permitted thresholds.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds processed before payout result in corresponding adjustments to the provider's payment. Refunds processed after payout may be offset against future payouts or invoiced directly to the provider.
7a. Liability and Indemnity
- Providers bear full responsibility for the quality of their work.
- Providers must immediately notify Reboated of any risk of service disruption or technical failure.
