Flybridge motor yacht cruising in turquoise Northern Adriatic water with Croatian pine coastline
Yacht Management · Northern Adriatic

Your boat is there.
You are not.

Boat management for owners who live a drive away. One team on the ground. Every job documented, so the season starts the day you arrive.

The boat has been there for ten months. Without you.

Three things that compound while you are away. We are responsible for all of them.

01

Forty-five weeks, unattended

The average Northern Adriatic owner is on their boat five to seven weeks a year. The other forty-five, it sits. Problems do not announce themselves. They compound. We are there when you cannot be.

02

Small parts, larger bills

An impeller is €80. Left unchecked, it fails and overheats the engine. Head gasket damage or a warped head: €2,000–€5,000. Engine rebuild if ignored: €15,000. We flag it in the service log before the €80 part becomes the €15,000 job.

03

The distance premium

Your marina is in Croatia or Italy. You are in Vienna. That distance creates room for miscommunication, for markups, and for things quietly left undone. We are already on the ground, coordinating on your behalf.

The Reboated Ownership System

Five steps. From the first call to a season that runs without you.

We assess the condition. We build the plan. We run the season. Documented at every step, from launch day to dry dock.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to what owners ask most.

What size boats does Reboated work with?
Motor yachts from 40 to 70 ft and sailing yachts from 40 to 55 ft. Azimut, Princess, Sealine, and Galeon are makes we know well. The sweet spot is above the size comfortable to handle alone, but below the size that requires full-time crew.
How is Reboated different from a marina or a yard?
A marina sells berth nights. A yard sells billable hours. Reboated works for the owner. We coordinate both on your behalf, document every job, and stand behind the outcome. The team leads the marine businesses you would otherwise hire independently.
Where do you operate?
The Northern Adriatic. Lignano in Italy, the Slovenian coast, and Pula, Punat, and Cres in Croatia. Members arrive from Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy, and Slovenia.
Do I need a captain?
No. Reboated is built for owner-operated boats. We handle the work around the boat. You take the helm when you arrive.
What goes into the service log?
Every entry includes the date, the lead, parts used, photos, and cost. The log is yours, in a format any buyer's surveyor can read. A documented boat holds its value and sells.
What does membership cost?
Three levels: €49, €150, or €500 per month. At €150, we run the season, document every job, and carry out the annual condition check. The full breakdown is in the pricing section above.
Do you handle registration and paperwork?
Yes. The team manages boat registration in Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia, marina contracts, insurance, MMSI licensing, and the local vignette. Admin work runs throughout the season. It is not a one-off task.
How does communication work if my boat is abroad?
All owner conversations happen in your language. Máté speaks English, German, and Hungarian. On the ground, the team handles all coordination with the marina, the yard, and the port authority. You receive a written summary after every job.

Your boat.
Our team.

We listen first. Around twenty minutes to understand your boat, your marina, and what the season looks like.

If there is a fit, we will tell you what the first step looks like and what it costs. If there is not, we say so.

P.S. We are not for everyone. If the coordination side of ownership is something you enjoy, keep it. If the boat has started to feel like a project rather than a pleasure, we should talk.

Máté, Founder
